When National Poultry Day falls on Taco Tuesday it ruffles some feathers and causes a fowl mood. Tonight we have Chicken Tacos, Quesadillas and Fajitas in our Taco Tuesday lineup. Fear not, we didn’t replace Bessie, tacos and quesadillas will be available in beef also. Our soup this week is Cabbage.
