Thank you!

On behalf of Post 7012 Members, Officers and Canteen Staff, I’d like to extend a heartfelt “thank you” to Dave Reisdorf for his time serving as our Canteen Manager. Dave stepped up not once, but twice, to serve as Canteen Manager when our beloved club was struggling to stay afloat. In the past 4 years, Post 7012 could’ve easily succumbed to the hardships created by the pandemic and the multiple changes in our staff and officers… but Dave wouldn’t allow that. Instead he forfeited what should’ve been a relaxing retirement to rescue the Post 7012 canteen. Dave’s determination kept the doors open for our members and made the canteen profitable again. His success and dedication resulted in our ability to hire a professional who will prepare the canteen staff for the transition to our new location. Thank you, Dave, for holding it all together, for never losing sight of the vision and purpose of Post 7012 and it’s importance to the New Freedom community, and for continuing to lend assistance wherever needed.
