Veteran recognition for John Freeze

John W. Freeze, SFC E-7, enlisted with the PA National Guard in June of 1955 and became Active Duty with the US Army in November of 1958 when he attended Basic Training at Ft. Benning, Georgia.

John completed the Senior Management Course at NCOA in 7th Army.

John received various Unit Awards, Good Conduct Awards, and a Meritorious Service Medal. He is a Member of Post 7012 and can often be found in the Canteen sharing a pitcher of beer with Colonel Pete and Sgt. Robert…or as we lovingly refer to them, the 3 Stooges.

Thank you, SFC John Freeze for your service and association with VFW Post 7012, New Freedom. It has been an honor and privilege to feature your military bio in my 5000-mile journey to Veteran’s Day.
