It’s already the last week of June 2024…and it’s going out with a bang (literally…because there will be fireworks in Shrewsbury on Friday) 💥
Post 7012 is closed today but here is a list of events this week and beyond.
🇺🇸Today, Monday the 24th…Flag Retirement Ceremony at Veterans Park in New Freedom at 7:00. All are welcome to participate in the proper procedure for the retiring of our Stars and Stripes. Flag collection is ongoing in the “Retired Flag” receptacle at the entrance to the Canteen.
🪕Wednesday, June 26th: our weekly Bluegrass Jam Session with Jessie and Friends in the Blades Dining Room. This is a free event open to all from 6-9:00. Come strum, sing or simply enjoy. Non-members will be signed in as Jessie’s guests.
🪖Thursday, June 27th: Regular Members/Combat Veterans Meeting at 7:00. All Regular Members/Combat Veterans are encouraged to attend to receive important information and participate in voting for matters related to Post 7012.
❓Saturday, June 29th: Trivia and Tunes with Tommy at 7:00. Join us in the Canteen for a night of Brain testing trivia, compete solo or as a team to win a prize.
🎨Sunday, June 30th: Paint and Sip Fundraiser. Gather your friends and create a patriotic keepsake in time for Independence Day. See attached flyer for how to reserve your spot.
