We’d wish you a “Happy Tax Day” but there is nothing “happy” about taxes so we’ll get right to the point.
Post 7012 is closed today but here is a list of things we have coming up both on and off-site for you to enjoy, participate in, or be involved with this week:
🪕Wednesday, April 17th: Bluegrass Jam Session with Jessie and Friends in the Blades Dining Room from 6-9:00. All acoustic musicians, singers, and fans of live music are welcome to attend. This weekly event is free and provides a relaxing atmosphere to end the day.
🎤 Saturday, April 20th: Karaoke Night at 7:00. Unleash your inner Rockstar or serenade your sweetheart…the “stage” is all yours when you have the mic. Join us for this free and fun night.

🖍️ The Annual Patriotic Coloring Contest is underway… see the attached flyer for details
💸Give Local York’s 24-Hour Fundraiser will feature Post 7012 as one of its recipients on May 2nd-3rd. This is the modern-day version of a telethon…a giving spree to benefit local nonprofits. We encourage you to share the link when it goes live during those 24 hours. See the attached flyer for more information and links to the Give Local York website.
🚴 Chrissie’s 1/2 way to Veteran’s Day Celebration, Friday, May 10th featuring Marshall Stone. This is an “open to the public” event and will take place in the newly renovated hall upstairs. Marshall Stone is the 2023 Central PA Music Awards Male Cover Artist of the Year and is performing from 7-10:00. Doors will open at 5:00. Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening. South County Brewing will be the tap headliner amongst several beer selections.
🌺 May 11th- Annual Flower Sale. See the attached flyer for times and locations to purchase these beautiful plants and hanging baskets in time for Mother’s Day.
⛳️ The 4th Annual Golf Outing is May 20th… golfers, sponsors, and volunteers welcome…see attached flyer for details.
We invite you to attend and/or participate in all of these events to raise funds and awareness for Post 7012 and its mission to serve Veterans, their families, and the communities where they live. If you are unable to be involved, we hope that you will encourage attendance and success by sharing these events with your friends and family.
