⛄️ Enjoy the expected 10-12 inches of snow we’re predicted to get today. The Post 7012 Commander will be judging the New Freedom snowman contest…may the best Frosty win (and by the way, Happy April Fool’s Day 🤭)

It’s Monday, April 1st, and the Post is closed today but here is a list of reminders and announcements for this new month of 2024.

🇺🇸 Tuesday, April 2nd: Auxiliary Meeting at 7:00. All Auxiliary members are encouraged to attend, it’s time for nominations and elections.

🪕 Wednesday, April 3rd: Bluegrass Jam Session with Jessie and Friends from 6-9:00 in the Blades Dining Room (this event takes place every Wednesday in April) All acoustic musicians, singers and fans of live music are welcome to attend. Non members will be signed in as guests of Jessie.

🇺🇸 Thursday, April 11th: Home Association Meeting at 7:00

💰Saturday, April 13th: Cash Bingo at 7:00

🎤 Saturday, April 20th: Karaoke Night at 7:00

🇺🇸 Thursday, April 25th: Regular Members/Combat Veterans Meeting at 7:00

❓Saturday, April 27th: Trivia and Tunes with Tommy at 7:00

Gillice and Post 7012 Insulated Bags available for purchase in the canteen and various businesses throughout New Freedom. Proceeds donated to the Post 7012 Building Fund.

2024 Post 7012 Auxiliary Golf Outing on May 20th… currently seeking sponsors (see attached flyer for levels of sponsorship. Honor a Veteran with a Hero Sign for $25 or sponsor at different “ranks” as a business or supporter.

5000 Miles Away, a Journey to Veterans Day. Sponsor Chrissie as she bicycles 5000 miles by Veterans Day this year. Keep track of her progress and donations in the canteen. There will be a “1/2 way” celebration event on May 10th with Marshall Stone-more details coming soon.

Mother’s Day Flower Sale-see attached flyer for times and locations

Give Local York is a 24 hour fundraising campaign for nonprofit organizations. Post 7012 will be one of organizations featured this year. The campaign runs from 9 pm May 2nd - 9 pm May 3rd.
